Specialized in commercial law, European and international law, maritime law and foreign trade; he is a graduate in law from the University of Saragossa, and in Advanced European Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium) and Specialist in International Maritime Law by ICADE and The Spanish Maritime Insitute. He is an expert in business project configuration, strategy and execution on an international level and has participated and acted as advisor in the implementation and execution of many international investment projects in countries of Africa, Latin America and Europe in different productive and service industries and trading operations, Shipping, maritime transport and foreign trade in agricultural commodities markets, mining, wood and forest products.
Graduate in law from the University of Saragossa, he has also obtained several specialization diplomas.
He has acquired his rich professional experience by working in different Spanish bar associations and abroad, mainly in the area of civil law, commercial law (particularly bankruptcy law) and sports law. He has been a representative of the G-30 (which gathers the majority of Clubs / Limited Sports Companies of first and second division as interest grouping) and has worked as legal advisor and lawyer for many Spanish and South American Clubs and LSC. He is currently the president of the Spanish National League of Professional Football.
He is a regular speaker in events organized by universities, chambers of commerce, business and sports associations and the media. He is also the author of different specialist publications and opinion editorials.
Besides being a lawyer and a founder of Tebas & Coiduras – Law Sport, he also works as a professor in several Masters and University Degrees; he is a member of several boards of directors of national an foreign entities and is the president of the Foundation « Adopción, vivir en familia » (Adoption, living in a family).
Widely experienced in business and investment projects, he is a specialist in commercial and corporate law and capital markets; he has a Master in Corporate Law/UNICURITIBA; MBA in Economic and Company Law/FGV; he is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance - IBGC and of its Legal Committee; he is also a member of the Paranà Association of Law and Economy - ADEPAR; Professor of applied business law in FIEP, of business and contractual law in UNICURITIBA and in the High School for Law ESA/PR; member of the Business Law Commission OAB/PR since 2013, having been its president and currently being its vice-president up until 2021. He is also a partner of the law office Ahrens Advogados of Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil.

He has a vast professional experience in the field of new technologies (digital industry, marketing and electronic commerce, social networks, etc.). He is fluent in English at a professional level.
